Results of Annual General Meeting


Steppe Cement Limited confirms both of the resolutions put to shareholders at
the annual general meeting held on 24 May 2007 were passed, namely the adoption
of the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2006 and the
re-election as directors of John Alan Richardson, Javier Del Ser Perez, Keith
Robert Newman and Paul Rodzianko.
