Steppe Cement Ltd (the "Company" or "Steppe Cement") has received notification that following a sale in Steppe Cement shares, BLS Investments has ceased to be a significant shareholder of the Company. BLS Investments recently sold 11,720,000 shares in Steppe Cement, reducing their interest in the Company to 1.01%.
