Extension to credit lines


Steppe Cement Limited is pleased to announce the signing of its extended credit
line from European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Kazkommertsbank
for the refurbishment of the dry cement lines. The new line will allow the
company to draw up to USD 65 million, an increase of USD 30 million from the
previous USD 35 million.
