Extension of Offer for Subscription Closing Date

Steppe Cement Ltd (the "Company") wishes to extend the closing date of the Offer for Subscription from  3 p.m. 15 October 2010 to 3 p.m. 22 October 2010.  The purpose of the extension is to facilitate the timely receipt of late applications.  As such, all other relevant dates including the admission date have been revised as follows:

Offer Shares credited to CREST accounts	8.00 a.m. on Monday, 1 November 2010
Admission and commencement of dealings on AIM	8.00 a.m. on Monday, 1 November 2010
Despatch of share certificates	On Thursday, 4 November 2010
