Pursuant to AIM Rule 17 Steppe Cement Limited advises that on 24 October 2005
one of its directors, Javier del Ser Perez, sold 1.5 million shares at 48.5p
each (being 1.5% of the Company's issued shares).  Subsequent to the sale Javier
del Ser Perez's interest in the Company's shares is 14,010,800 (being 14.0% of
the Company's issued shares).
