Sale of Shares by Director


Pursuant to AIM Rule 17 Steppe Cement Limited advises that on 1 February 2006
one of its directors, Javier del Ser Perez, sold 1.0 million shares through the
market at £1.32 each.  Subsequent to the sale Javier del Ser Perez's interest in
the Company's shares is 13,010,800 (being 11.40% of the Company's issued shares
adjusted for the dilution arising from the placing of 14 million shares
announced on 30 January 2006).
