Pursuant to AIM Rule 17 Steppe Cement Limited ('the Company') advises that on 
2 May 2006 one of its directors, Javier del Ser Perez, sold 1.0 million shares
through the market at £1.97 each.  Subsequent to the sale Javier del Ser Perez's
interest in the Company's shares is 12,010,800 (being 10.50% of the Company's
issued shares).
