Total Voting Rights

In compliance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (the "Rules"), the Company announces that, as at the date of this announcement, it has 57,849,621 ordinary shares of £0.01 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in issue. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury and all of the Ordinary Shares have equal voting rights.

The figure of 57,849,621 Ordinary Shares represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Rules.

Issue of Ordinary Shares on 2 August 2021

As announced on 27 July 2021, as of 2 August 2021 the Company will have 57,982,031 Ordinary Shares in issue following the issue of 132,410 Ordinary Shares to the directors.

The figure of 57,982,031 Ordinary Shares represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used, with effect from 2 August 2021, by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTRs.
