Notice of Annual General Meeting

On  10 November 2010, the  Company mailed  to Shareholders  copies of  the 2010
annual  report and  notice of  annual general  meeting to  be held at 3.00 pm on
Monday 13 December 2010 at St Ethelburga's, Bishopsgate, London EC2N 4AG.

Copies  of the report and financial statements will be available for a period of
one month from the Company Secretary at the following address:
