Net Asset Value(s)

Net asset value at 30 June 2010

As at the close of business on 30 June, the Company's net asset value was £2.77m
equivalent  to 7.94 pence per share.  The  closing share price of 4.75 pence per
share was at a 40% discount to net asset value.

Starvest  uses closing  bid prices  or the  Directors' lower valuation if deemed
appropriate.
