Issue of options - Amended

The following amends the 'Issue of options' announcement released today at 11.11
under RNS number 6159I.

The figure for John Watkins' options in the second bullet point has been changed
to 875,000 and not 850,000 as previously stated. All other details remain
unchanged, the wording of which is detailed below.

On 14 February 2005 the Board awarded options over the Company's Ordinary Shares
at an exercise price of £0.15 per share for a period of five years as follows:

   • To Ronald Bruce Rowan (Director) - 1,750,000 options
   • To John Watkins (Director) - 875,000 options
   • To Anthony Charles Raby Scutt (Director) - 350,000 options.
