On 18 November 2003 the Board awarded options at an exercise price of £0.06 per
share for a period of five years as follows:

To Ronald Bruce Rowan  (director) over 200,000 Ordinary shares
To John Watkins (director) over 100,000 Ordinary shares.
To Anthony Charles Raby Scutt over 200,000 shares


The Company announces that on 21 November 2003 £29,800 was raised through a
placing of 596,000 new Ordinary Shares of £0.01 at a price of £0.05 per share.

An application for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the
Alternative Investment Market has been made with the London Stock Exchange.
Dealings in these shares are expected to commence Thursday 27 November 2003.

The shares will rank pari passu with existing shares in issue.

As a result of this  placing and the others completed on 6 and 10 November, as
previously announced, the Company has raised a total of £187,900 and completed
the fundraising which was discussed in the Chairman's statement in the Annual
Report and Accounts for 2003.
