Web Shareshop is pleased to announce the completion of the following placings of
new Ordinary shares of 1 pence each at a price of 10.25 pence per share.

   • On 24 June 2004, a placing of 900,000 new Ordinary shares. An
     application has been made for admission of the shares to AIM on Wednesday 30
     June 2004;
   • On 26 June 2004, a placing of 2,000,000 new Ordinary shares. An
     application has been made for admission of the shares to AIM on Thursday 1
     July 2004.

The total raised before expenses amounts to £297,250 which will enable the
Company to pursue its current trading opportunities.
