Web Shareshop is pleased to announce that they have today raised £300,000
through a placing of 2,926,829 new Ordinary shares of £0.01 at a price of 10.25
pence per share. This represents 8.53% of the enlarged equity. The purpose of
the fundraising is to enable the Company to pursue further trading
opportunities.

An application will be made to have the new shares admitted to AIM on Friday 25
June 2004.
