The Company announces that on 10 November 2003 £100,000 was raised through a
placing of 2,000,000 new Ordinary Shares of £0.01 at a price of £0.05 per share.
These shares were purchased by City Equities Limited. City Equities Limited now
hold 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, which represent a total
shareholding of 6.49%.

An application for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the
Alternative Investment Market has been made with the London Stock Exchange.
Dealings in these shares are expected to commence Friday 14 November 2003.

The shares will rank pari passu with existing shares in issue.
