As required by sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985 and rule 15 of the
AIM Rules the following information falls to be disclosed.

The Company was notified on 2 July 2004 that in the placing of 26 June 2004,
City Equities Limited purchased 2,000,000 New Ordinary Shares, which represented
5.37% of the enlarged Share Capital on the day the shares were admitted to
trading that being 1 July 2004.

On the 1 July 2004, acting as principal, City Equities Limited sold 1,000,000
Ordinary Shares, to its private clients, reducing their holding to 1,000,000
Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.69 per cent of the Company's
issued share capital.
