Web Shareshop (Holdings) plc ('the Company')


The Directors of the Company have been advised that John Woolgar has sold and
Tom Benyon has acquired 600,000 Ordinary shares in the Company.


John Woolgar and Tom Benyon now hold 2 million and 1.6 million Ordinary shares
respectively representing 10.1 per cent. and 8.1 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company.
