clarifies that the AGM will be held on Wednesday 12th December 2007.


Annual report and notice of 2007 Annual General Meeting

Copies of the Company's report and financial statements for the year ended 30
September 2007 and notice of the annual general meeting have been mailed to
Shareholders today.

The annual general meeting will be held at St Ethelburga's 78 Bishopsgate London
EC2N 4AG on Wednesday 12 December at 3.00 pm.

Copies of the report and financial statements will be available for a period of
one month from the Company Secretary at the registered office, 123 Goldsworth
Road, Woking, Surrey, GU21 6LR or by email:  [e-mail]
