Annual report and notice of 2006 Annual General Meeting

Copies of the Company's report and financial statements for the fourteen month
period ended 30 September 2006 and notice of the annual general meeting have
been mailed to Shareholders today.

The annual general meeting will be held at Jurys Kensington Hotel, 109-113
Queen's Gate, South Kensington, London SW7 5LR on Tuesday 12 December at 3.00
pm.

Copies of the report and financial statements will be available for a period of
one month from the Company Secretary at the registered office, 123 Goldsworth
