Range advises that the following resolutions proposed at the General Meeting on 27 March 2015 were passed on a show of hands:

Resolution 1 - Approval for the Issue of Securities to Core Capital

Resolution 2 - Issue of Director Options to Mr Yan Liu

Resolution 3 - Issue of Director Options to Mr David Chen

Resolution 4 - Issue of Director Options to Mr Zhiwei Gu

Resolution 5 - Issue of Director Options to Ms Juan Wang
