Result of AGM

Stagecoach Theatre Arts (AIM: STA) announces that at its Annual General  Meeting
held today at 10:00a.m., all resolutions were duly passed.

The Chairman, Graham Cole, made the following statement at the meeting:

"This  has  been an excellent year for the Group, with over 40,600 students  and
network  fees  of  £28.5 million.  We have seen continuing growth  in  our  core
Stagecoach  Theatre  Arts  business  whilst delivering  on  our  cost  reduction
programme.   I  am delighted to report an 89 per cent. increase in Group  profit
before  tax  to £707,000 and, with shareholder approval today, a return  to  the
dividend list."

A  dividend  of  2  pence per share will be paid on 25 November  2008  to  those
shareholders on the register as at 7 November 2008.
