                              Notifiable Interest

The Company was informed today that following the sale by Close Bros Group plc
of a total of 26,811 ordinary shares of 5p each ('Ordinary Shares') held by it
on behalf of discretionary managed clients, it has a total holding of 1,044,915
Ordinary Shares, representing 10.79% of the issued Ordinary Share capital. The
shares are held as follows:

Close Bros AIMVCT PLC                              622,587 Ordinary Shares

Individual discretionary managed private clients   422,328 Ordinary Shares

The above interests are non-beneficial to Close Brothers Group plc and arise by
virtue of the discretionary management of the above shares under written
agreements between the beneficial owners of the shares as listed above and Close
Investment Limited and Closes Fund Management (Investments) Limited all of which
are subsidiaries of Close Brothers Group plc.
