Director's dealing

Stagecoach Theatre Arts (AIM: STA) has been notified that David Sprigg, joint
managing director of the Company, transferred 124,800 ordinary shares of 5p each
in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to his Self Invested Personal Pension on 12
October 2007. The transfer price was 62.5p per Ordinary Share.

However, following this transaction, Mr Sprigg's beneficial holding in the
Company remains unchanged at 2,587,700 Ordinary Shares representing 26.19 per
cent. of the issued share capital of Stagecoach Theatre Arts.
