                 Additional Listing and Director's Shareholding                 

 

The Company has applied for 10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company to
be admitted to AIM. Admission is expected to take place on 23 September 2004.


The above shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of options by Richard
Dawson, Finance Director of the Company. The resulting shares, representing 0.1%
of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, are Mr Dawson's sole beneficial
holding.
