Standard Chartered PLC 05 May 2005 RESULT OF AGM RESOLUTIONS PASSED AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING Thursday 5 May 2005 Standard Chartered PLC announces the result of voting on the resolutions at its Annual General Meeting held on Thursday 5 May 2005, as set out in the AGM notice. Each of the resolutions was passed by the required majority. Resolutions 1 - 14 as ordinary resolutions and Resolutions 15 - 18 as special resolutions were passed on a show of hands.
