Standard Chartered PLC 11 May 2004 RESULT OF AGM RESOLUTIONS PASSED AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING Tuesday 11 May 2004 Standard Chartered PLC announces the result of voting on the resolutions at its Annual General Meeting held on Tuesday 11 May 2004, as set out in the AGM notice. Each of the resolutions was passed by the required majority. Resolutions 1 - 14, 18 and 19 as ordinary resolutions and Resolutions 15 - 17 as special resolutions were passed on a show of hands.
