Notes due 2011 (the 'Notes'). The Notes have been issued under SCPLC's Debt Issuance Programme, and are rated A3/A/A+ by Moody's, Standard & Poor's and Fitch, respectively. Application has been made for the Notes to be listed on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and admitted to trading on the Regulated Market of the London Stock Exchange.
