The Company announces that in accordance with the authority given by its shareholders at its Annual General Meeting on 12 June 2023 and pursuant to the Company's share buy-back announced on 4 October 2023, it has purchased for cancellation through Liberum Capital Limited, the following ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:	1,245,012
Trading venue:	London Stock Exchange
Lowest price paid per share (p):	26.00p
Highest price paid per share (p):	26.00p
Average price paid per share (p):	26.00p

Following cancellation of the above Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 151,713,019 Ordinary Shares in issue. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.

This number represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
