                            Year End Trading Update

Staffline Recruitment Group plc, a leading provider of recruitment and
outsourced HR services to industry, today issues a trading update for its
financial year ended 31 December 2007, ahead of its preliminary results for the
period which it expects to announce on 3 March 2008.


The Group has had another successful year, having made good progress across all
parts of the business in the second half and, in particular, with the continued
growth of its outsourced services division ('OnSite').


During the year the Group's OnSite division, which represents over 70% of Group
turnover, has continued to win OnSites with both new and existing clients
resulting in an increase of 28 locations to 99 in total as at 31 December 2007.
This increase includes 12 sites acquired with On Site Partnership ('OSP') in
March 2007 which have been fully integrated into Staffline's operations. All of
the new OnSites added during the year are performing in line with expectations.


The industrial branch division has performed well across the network. It has
significantly increased its client base whilst introducing new client
relationships through which to grow our OnSite business.


Techsearch has also made good progress during the year driven by demand for
permanent positions from well qualified candidates and the permanent recruitment
offering of OSP has traded well as part of the Group.


In light of the above we are, therefore, confident that the Group will perform
in line with management's expectations for the year ended 31 December 2007.


Commenting, Andy Hogarth, Staffline's Managing Director, said:

on the previous year and the successful expansion of our OnSite contract base

that Staffline will maintain this progress in the current year and thereafter.'
