In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, the
Company would like to notify the market of the following:



As at 6:00pm on 28 February 2007, Staffline Recruitment Group plc's capital
consisted of 20,923,900 ordinary shares of 10 pence each with voting rights.



The above figure 20,923,900 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Staffline Recruitment Group
plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
