                      NOTIFICATION OF PRELIMINARY RESULTS

Staffline Recruitment Group plc, a leading provider of recruitment and
outsourced human resource services to industry, will be announcing its maiden
preliminary results for the full year ended 31 December 2004 on Tuesday 1 March
2005.

There will be a luncheon / presentation to analysts taking place on the day at
