Issue of Shares and Total Voting Rights

 

Staffline (AIM: STAF) announces that it has issued 95,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") to satisfy obligations under the Group's 2018 Joint Share Ownership Plan.

 

An application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, which is expected to take effect to take effect on 12 June 2018.

 

Following the issue and allotment, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 27,944,389 ordinary shares of 10p each, a figure which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company.
