Issue of shares and Total Voting Rights

 

Staffline announces it has issued 11,345 new ordinary shares in the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares"), representing 0.05% of its enlarged issued share capital, following the election by certain option holders to exercise options granted under the Staffline Recruitment Group plc Share Option Plan.

An application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, which is expected to take effect on or around 9 November 2012.

Following the issue and allotment, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 22,887,248 ordinary shares of 10p each, which figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, Staffline under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.  The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
