Director Shareholding

The Company has today been informed that John Crabtree, a Director of the
Company has today purchased 18,750 Ordinary 10p shares in the Company ('Shares')
at a price of 106.75 pence per Shares.

These shares have been purchased in his own name and will be registered in the
name of  Morgan Stanley Quilter.

Following this purchase, Mr Crabtree has an interest in 18,750 Shares, which
represents 0.09% of the Company's issued share capital.
