Diane Martyn to become Group Managing Director and an Executive Director

Marshall Evans to retire and assume a part-time role within the Group

Shaun Brittain and Andrew Coop to become joint Managing Directors of Staffline Recruitment Ltd.

Staffline, the national recruitment and outsourcing organisation providing people and operational expertise to industry today announces the following board and management changes.

Marshall Evans, currently an Executive Director is to retire as a member of the Board.  Marshall joined Staffline and the Board in July 2002 and has been an integral part of the team, establishing Staffline as one of the leading providers of temporary staffing in the UK. With his broad experience and knowledge of the recruitment sector Marshall has made a significant contribution to the Group over the past 10 years. Marshall will remain with the Group in a part time capacity and will continue to be a member of the Recruitment Employment Confederation (REC) Council and the Chairman of its Employment Policy Committee and will represent the REC as a member of the Board of Directors of the Gangmasters Licensing Authority (GLA).

We also announce today that Diane Martyn, who was appointed to the Board as Non-Executive Director on 13 February 2012 will be appointed a full time Executive Director.  Diane will also become Group Managing Director from 25 February 2013 and be responsible for Staffline's recruitment operations.

Diane will work alongside Staffline's existing senior management team, reporting directly to Andy Hogarth, Group Chief Executive.

In addition to these two board changes; Staffline also announces that Shaun Britain will resign his position as an Executive member of the Board in order to accept promotion, becoming joint Managing Director of Staffline Recruitment Ltd.  Shaun will take overall responsibility for Staffline's substantial Food Manufacturing businesses.

Andrew Coop, currently Operations Director at Staffline, will also hold the title of Joint Managing Director of Staffline Recruitment Ltd, and will be responsible for our Logistics and Distribution services.  Both of these appointments support our determination to achieve accelerated growth in these areas and recognise our continued success in this market.

It is intended to appoint a further non-executive director in due course.

Andy Hogarth, Group Chief Executive of Staffline commented:

"Firstly, I would like to thank Marshall for his significant contribution to Staffline over the past 10 years. There is no doubt that we are a stronger organisation today thanks to his efforts and we wish him all the best for the future.  I am personally delighted that he will be staying on with us, albeit in a part-time capacity.

"At the same time, the appointment of Diane Martyn as Group Managing Director is a significant milestone for our business.  Diane has a wealth of experience in the sector and her guidance and counsel since joining the board leads me to believe that her day to day involvement with the Group will be equally fruitful.

I would also like to congratulate both Shaun and Andrew on their promotion to new roles within Staffline.  These changes announced today will allow us to continue to drive scale across all of our operations and expand our core revenue base as we continue to grow."
