Application for Admission


Application has been made to AIM for the admission of 56,875 ordinary shares of
10p each ('Shares').  These Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects
with the existing shares in issue, have been issued in respect of the exercise
of 56,875 options at 80p per share pursuant to an employee share option scheme.

Admission is expected to become effective on 26 March 2007.
