                                 AGM Statement

Staffline, a leading provider of recruitment and outsourced HR services to
industry, is today holding its Annual General Meeting.

Derek Mapp, Staffline's Chairman, will make the following remarks at the AGM:

'2006 was a year of strong organic growth during which the Group continued to
make excellent progress. I am pleased to report that trading in the current
financial year continues in line with our expectations, and the integration of
the recent acquisition of On Site Partnership, announced on 19 March, is
progressing to plan.

'A full update on our first half performance will be provided following our
half-year end (30 June 2007).'
