STAFFLINE RECRUITMENT GROUP PLC

Application for Admission

Application has been made to AIM for the admission of 75,112 oridinary shares of
10p each ('Shares'). These Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects
with the existing shares in issue, have been issued and allotted in respect of
the exercise of options at 80p to £130p per share pursuant to the Staffline
Recruitments Group plc Share Option Plan.

Admission is expected to become effective on 23rd February 2007.
