                        STAFFLINE RECRUITMENT GROUP PLC

                           Application for Admission

Application has been made to AIM for the admission of 64,269 ordinary shares of
10p each ('Shares'). These Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects
with the existing shares in issue, have been issued in respect of the exercise
of 38,391 options at 80p per share, 25,255 options at 1.075p per share, 446
options at .865p per share and 177 options at £1.30 pursuant to an employee
share option scheme.

Admission is expected to become effective on 18 October 2007
