                           Application for Admission


Application has been made to AIM for the admission of 24,325 ordinary shares of
10p each ('Shares').  These Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects
with the existing shares in issue, have been issued in respect of the exercise
of options at 80p per share pursuant to the Staffline Recruitment Group plc
Share Option Plan.


Admission is expected to become effective on 3rd January 2007.
