SJPC was informed on 10 January 2001 by CGNU plc that the interests of CGNU
plc in ordinary shares of SJPC have ceased to be a notifiable interest for the
purpose of s.198 of the Companies Act 1985 since its holding represents less
than 3% of the relevant share capital.
