Directorate change

St. James's Place ("SJP"): non-executive Director Board change.

In light of the announcement on Friday 5th February that Jo Dawson is to leave Lloyds Banking Group, SJP announces that
Jo has resigned from the Board of SJP plc as a non-executive director with effect from 5 February 2010.

Mike Wilson, Chairman, commented: "I would like to thank Jo for her contribution during her time on the St. James's
