On 27 February 2007, the executive Directors and PDMRs named below exercised
options as detailed below under the SJP Executive Share Option Scheme and

Purchase of shares by employee trust



SJP was notified on 27 February 2007 of the acquisition on 27 February 2007 of
1,650,000 ordinary shares of 15p in SJP at a price of £4.69079 per share, by S G
Hambros Trust Company (Channel Islands) Limited.



S G Hambros Trust Company (Channel Islands) Limited is trustee of the SJP
Employees Share Trust, the potential beneficiaries of which include executive
directors and employees of the SJP Group.
