Katie Bickerstaffe, Non-Executive Director, notified the Company on 11 September 2015, that she had purchased 1,353 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £14.5185 per share.

Following this transaction, Katie Bickerstaffe has a beneficial interest in 3,658 ordinary shares in the Company.
