ISA REINVESTMENT

The Company was notified on 11 April 2012 of a re-investment by the manager of an ISA (formerly PEP) held by Gregor Alexander pursuant to a regular standing order instruction.  Gregor Alexander acquired 15 shares at a price of £13.16 per share on 10 April 2012.

Following this transaction, Gregor Alexander has a beneficial interest in 93,957 shares.
