                   comment on share price movement

The  Board  of  Sports Internet has noted the rise in  the  Company's
share price following week-end press speculation.  The Board confirms
that  it is in discussions with Yahoo! Inc, which may or may not lead
to  a  form  of commercial arrangement regarding the distribution  of
content.  A further announcement may be made in due course.
