SOFTWARE RADIO TECHNOLOGY PLC ("SRT" or "the Company")

SRT announced on 19 December 2008 that it expected to announce interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2008 in the week commencing 22 December 2008. The Company now expects to announce these results during the week commencing 29 December 2008.
