PDMR Share Dealings

Sportech PLC (the "Company") announces that the Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities referred to below has received ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company ("shares") under the terms of the Company's long term incentive plan (the "Plan").

The shares were exercised on 15 June 2015 for nil consideration pursuant to awards granted under the Plan on 8 March 2012 and on 2 December 2011. Following the dealings as set out below, Luisa Wright increased her beneficial interest in the Company from 21,833 shares to 38,023 shares.
