Notice of 2015 Preliminary Results

London, UK - 29 January 2016: Spirent Communications plc ("Spirent", the "Company" or the "Group") (LSE: SPT), a leading communications technology company, will announce

its preliminary results for the financial year ended 31 December 2015 on 25 February 2016 before the opening of the UK market.

The Company will host a results presentation at 09.30am UK time on Thursday

25 February 2016 at UBS Limited, 7th Floor, 1 Finsbury Avenue, London EC2M 2PP.

A simultaneous webcast of the presentation will be available in the Investors section of the Spirent Communications plc website http://corporate.spirent.com/.
