                Result of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM")


The Directors of Spice are pleased to announce that at the Company's EGM held
earlier today, the special resolution to approve the placing, announced on 16
February 2007, was duly passed. Application for the admission of the 4,000,000
new ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Admission") to AIM has been made and it
is expected that Admission will occur on 14 March 2007.
